RIO Rangsit International Office

The RIO Rangsit International Office is comprised of two office location. The first is situated in Building 1 and provides visa services. The second office is located on the ground floor of the Library Building, which features a passage to the ASEAN logo at its entrance. This office offers airport pick up, accommodation booking, insurance and exchange program services and coordinations.

RSU Health and Welfare

The Rangsit University Health and Welfare Department provides a comprehensive range of services to the student body, including emergency medical and accident treatment, initial check-up, counseling, transfer to hospital, promotion of a healthy campus strategy, and blood donation. The emergency medical and accident treatment services are available 24 hours a day and seven days a week and involve the immediate response to medical and trauma incidents, as well as the provision of emergency transport to a hospital, if needed. The initial check-up service is aimed at providing all students with an overview of their current health status and any relevant information regarding their medical history. The counseling services are available to all students, offering support and advice on a range of personal, health, and welfare issues. The transfer to hospital services facilitate the transfer of students to a hospital, if necessary, with the aim of providing a safe and efficient service. The promotion of a healthy campus strategy is aimed at raising awareness of the importance of an active and healthy lifestyle and encouraging the adoption of healthy habits amongst the student body. Finally, the blood donation service provides a platform for registered students to donate blood and to help save lives.

Registrar Office

The Office of the Registrar is responsible for the maintenance of student academic records and provides support to students, faculty, staff, and alumni through student registration, class and examination management, and graduation processing. Furthermore, the office offers a range of additional services, including enrollment and registration, tuition and fees installment, adding and withdrawing from courses, requests for educational documents, new student identification cards, internal and external credit transfers, returning student status, tuition refunds, leave requests and suspensions, and graduation and transcript requests.

The Office of Student Affairs is responsible for the organization of activities that are conducted to enhance the students’ well-being, such as orientation programs, seminars, workshops, and other activities. It also takes the initiative in developing regulations and policies related to student activities and discipline, in ensuring their implementation and in providing students with relevant services. This Office is also responsible for the organization of job placement and alumni relations activities, such as job fairs, on-campus interviews and alumni events. Furthermore, the Office provides advice and assistance to student organizations and clubs. The Office of Student Affairs is committed to promoting the overall development of students and to providing them with the opportunity to acquire knowledge, experience and skills that will enable them to achieve their full potential as individuals and as members of society. Its main goal is to foster an environment that is conducive to learning and personal growth, and to ensure that students are provided with the means to pursue their goals.

The Office of Student Affairs is divided into four sections under its line of command :-
1. Section for student activities
2. Section for the student’s development and discipline
3. Section for student service
4. Section for job placement and alumni relations

Rangsit University established the execution of all University’s sports activities by holding on to the philosophy that “Good health is more valuable than all assets.” The organized activities are twofold which include both health and sports. The duties of the center focuses on organizing programs, efforts on the promotion of basic sports, sports for health, organizing internal and external sports competitions, sports competitions among staffs of the University, promotion of sports for the attaintment of excellence, and sports for youth.
